Payment Policy

All payments will be in US dollars, drawn on US accounts, from US banks.

Optional payment is wire transfer in US dollars only or cash.
Any fees associated with wire transfer will be paid by customer.

Credit Card payments with Mastercard or Visa only.  4% handling fee will be charged.


Full payment of services is due net 30 from last day of class.


Full payment for products is due in advance of shipment.


Certificates, trainer kits or any other course related materials will not be released until full payment is received.


Late payment will result in "payment in advance status" for future services.


Cancellation Policy

US customers:

STM Cancellation policy:   Any enrollment canceled before 30 days of class will be given a complete refund except for shipping and travel expenses listed below. Any enrollment canceled within 4-2 weeks of class will be charged 10%. Any enrollment canceled within 2 weeks of class will be charged 50%. Any "no shows" or partial attenders will be charged 100% and class materials due will be mailed upon request. Certificates will NOT be issued.
 ** No matter when the cancellation takes place, the customer agrees to pay for: A) All materials and related shipping/handling fees for all advanced shipped items; B) All confirmed travel reservations including air/hotel/car, etc. 



 

International customers:

Any enrollment cancelled 30 days or more before start date will be given a refund minus 10% handling fee.

Any enrollment cancelled 14-29 days before start date and NOT rescheduled** will be charged 25% of class fee.

And enrollment cancelled 7-13 days before start date and NOT rescheduled will be charged 50% of class fee.

Any enrollment cancelled within one week of class and NOT rescheduled will receive NO refund.

Any "no shows" or partial attendees will be charged 100% of class fee.  Class materials due will be mailed
upon written request.  Certificates will not be issued.

 ** No matter when the cancellation takes place, the customer agrees to pay for: A) All materials and related shipping/handling fees for all advanced shipped items; B) All confirmed travel reservations including air/hotel/car, etc. 

**Rescheduling is limited to 1 time only.
