STM Cancellation policy:
Any enrollment canceled before 30 days of class will be given a complete refund except for shipping and travel expenses listed below. Any enrollment canceled within 4-2 weeks of class will be charged 10%. Any enrollment canceled within 2 weeks of class will be charged 50%. Any "no shows" or partial attenders will be charged 100% and class materials due will be mailed upon request. Certificates will NOT be issued.
** No matter when the cancellation takes place, the customer agrees to pay for: A) All materials and related shipping/handling fees for all advanced shipped items; B) All confirmed travel reservations including air/hotel/car, etc.
